Sister company Belgocatering strengthens events branch with acquisition of Dîner Privé

Last week, our sister company Belgocatering signed an agreement to merge its activities with Dîner Privé. This takeover, effective immediately, gives both companies extra boost in the competitive (event) catering sector. With this strategic takeover, Belgocatering strengthens its position in the event catering market and will be able to offer their clients an even wider range of high-quality services. Belgocatering and Dîner Privé will continue to operate under their familiar brandnames . We look forward to the strengthened partnership and the new opportunities this acquisition will bring to CIRFOOD Netherlands.

The acquisition of Dîner Privé stems from Belgocatering's commitment to expand its offerings and increase capabilities. This acquisition allows both parties to significantly expand their offerings. Belgocatering can now offer a wider range of catering services, such as bespoke private dining and catering for large events. At the same time, Dîner Privé will gain access to Belgocatering's expertise and client portfolio. The partnership ensures a higher level of service and culinary surprises. Future plans include expanding market reach, exploring new culinary paths and continuing to build strong relationships with customers and partner.
